How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients, cook over medium heat stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and the sauce is clear.
  • I mostly use this as a sauce for my Crab Rangoon, but this would also be the sauce to start with for sweet and sour pork.

    This is also one that freezes well, so if you make a full batch you can jar up the excess and save it for the next time you feel the need for crab rangoon.

    Nice to have this kind of recipe. I hate getting the jarred stuff as I never use it all then it sits around, gets old and gets tossed. What a waste.
