How to make it

  • PREHEAT OVEN 425* Set aside clean brownie pan.
  • Combine dry ingredients passing through Sieve. Cut Butter into chunks and using pastry cutter cut into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Make well in center and set aside in fridge to keep chilled. In smaller bowl whisk together buttermilk, sour cream and ice water. Pour into center of flour. Using fork pull dry ingredients from outer edges toward center until all dry ingredients are moistened. Dump dough out on lightly floured surface knead lightly a couple turn. Dust top lightly and shape into square. Cut into 12 equal squares.Making sure bottoms are dusted with flour place in brownie pan approx 1/4" apart. Prick Tops with fork.
  • Can brush tops if using as shortcake with 1 tbsp sugar-free Fat Free french vanilla coffee creamer mixed with little milk last 5 minutes of baking. 1 biscuit split and Served with 1 cup sliced strawbwrries sweetened with splenda topped with 2 tbsp fat free cool whip= Weight Watchers 3 points+ Values
  • JAM-JAMS
  • Make indent in tops of biscuit and add 1 tsp sugar free jam still just 1 point and will curb that sweet tooth.
