Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200C/Gasmark 6 and grease and flour a loaf tin
  • Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl and add the potato, onion, salt and black pepper and stir to combine
  • Mix in the rosemary, 90g of the cheese and 60g of the olives
  • In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk and mustard and then mix into the flour mixture
  • Stir until a rough dough forms
  • Put dough evenly into the tin
  • Dot with the remaining cheese and olives and rosemary sprigs
  • Dust with a little flour and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes
  • Serve warm

    Oh Boy!...this does sound very nice,I started eating goat cheese after watching the movie 'The Great Outdoors'with the late John Candy,the mention of Goat Cheese Pizza,had me curling my nose

    Out of curiosity I bought some.
