How to make it
- Boil beans with hot water for 20 minutes.
- Saute onion with salt and butter in a large pan for 4 minutes.
- Add drained beans in it then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally.
- Pour in eggs and stir gently.
- When eggs are cooked turn heat off.
- Place on serving platter and sprinkle crushed pepper all over.
- Serve immediately.
