How to make it

  • Boil beans with hot water for 20 minutes.
  • Saute onion with salt and butter in a large pan for 4 minutes.
  • Add drained beans in it then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Pour in eggs and stir gently.
  • When eggs are cooked turn heat off.
  • Place on serving platter and sprinkle crushed pepper all over.
  • Serve immediately.
