Spinach Cups

A great appetizer that is easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1Pkg.(10oz.) spinach, well drained shopping list
- 1/2C Shredded mozzarella chesse shopping list
- 1/3C 1/3 Less fat cream cheese shopping list
- 1T Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1T Finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4t garlic powder shopping list
- 24 Slices deli fresh shaved oven roasted turkey breast shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients except turkey.
- Fatten turkey slices; place 1 slice in each of the 24 miniature muffin cups. Fill with spinach mixture.
- Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes before serving.
