  • Garlic to the beaten egg yolks and salt. Proceed as above.

  • Using the top recipe for homemade mayonnaise, instead of 1 - 2 tsp Of mustard,
  • Increase this to 1 tbsp and then add 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce And a few
  • Drops of Tabasco

    I've made this many times, your basic recipe, and the results, if done properly, are just great. A great post but you should tell all those people who are used to the plastic mayo they get in jars that this needs to go into the fridge ASAP and soonest and will only keep for 4 or 5 days. A great post for the purest and something everyone should try at least once. Welcome to GR
