Oven Roasted Chicken

Easy and delicious roast chicken. Nice touch with the lime and honey.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs honey shopping list
- 2 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp seasoning salt shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 4 chicken breast halves with skin shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In med. saucepan,combine oil,honey,lime juice,paprika and seasoning salt. Warm over low heat until honey melts.
- Spray 9x9" baking pan with spray. Arrange chicken halves,skin side up in pan. Pour honey mixture over chicken.
- Bake ,uncovered for 35-40 mins. Baste chicken 3 to 4 times during cooking.
- Remove pan from oven;seal pan tightly wit foil. Let stand 15-20 mins. before serving.
