Strawberry Graham Cracker Tarts

- 1/2 vanilla bean,split,seeds scraped and reserved shopping list
- 2 oz. low-fat cream cheese shopping list
- 3 Tbs granulated Splenda or 9 pkts (31.5g) Truvia shopping list
- 1-3/4 c non-fat Greek yogurt shopping list
- 2 Tbs pmegranite juice shopping list
- 4 mini graham cracker tart shells shopping list
- 8 lg. fresh strawberries,sliced thin shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl of mixer with paddle attachment,combine vanilla bean seeds,cream cheese and splenda. Beat till mixture is slightly fluffy,about 1 min
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the yogurt and pomegranite juice. Beat till yogurt is fully incorporated,about 1 min. Scrape down sides of the bowl and beat 1 min more.
- Fill each tart shell with cream cheese mixture. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate till serving time.
