How to make it

  • In bowl of mixer with paddle attachment,combine vanilla bean seeds,cream cheese and splenda. Beat till mixture is slightly fluffy,about 1 min
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the yogurt and pomegranite juice. Beat till yogurt is fully incorporated,about 1 min. Scrape down sides of the bowl and beat 1 min more.
  • Fill each tart shell with cream cheese mixture. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate till serving time.
