Divinity Pie

This is a recipe that came to my e-mail awhile back, i haven't tried it yet. Looks interesting
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, beaten VERY stiff shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 23 saltine crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Fold all ingredients and into a buttered PYREX pie plate.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
- Cool and serve

Believe me, this is delicious! You can also use Ritz crackers...and don't forget the whipped cream on top! This used to always be served at the old Wyatt's cafeterias that are now out of business...and we make it at home too! ^5
