This is my favorite salsa .. experiment with the number of jalepenos..it can get hot after a day of fermenting

Ingredients
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- Jalepenos as desired (1-4)
- 3 gloves of garlic ( add more if desired)
- 3or 4 table spoons of vinegar
- juice of 5 limes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, but put the tomatoes in last.

Excellent - a salsa recipe with lots of cilantro! :)I bet it would make great guacamole too - must get avacados at the grocery store tomorrow so I can make both!
