How to make it

  • Mix cake ingredients for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
  • Cool.
  • Frosting:
  • Mix ingredients except Cool Whip.
  • After mixed fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread on Cake.
  • Sprinkle 3 crushed Heath Candy Bars (or use toffee chips)
