How to make it

  • Have butcher saw ribs in half across bones; cut into 2 rib portions.
  • Mix next seven ingredients; pour over ribs in shallow baking dish.
  • Cover' refridgerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat both sides of gasgrill on HIGH for 10 minutes.
  • Turn both sides to LOW.
  • Place ribs, bone side down, on grids.
  • Close hood; cook 25 minutes.
  • Turn; grill 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Stir honey into marinade; baste ribs last 5 minutes.
  • Makes 26.
