Teriyaki Ribs

- 4lbs pork spareribs shopping list
- 1/2c soy sauce shopping list
- 2T cooking oil shopping list
- 2T lemon juice shopping list
- 1T brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4tsp pepper shopping list
- 2T honey shopping list
How to make it
- Have butcher saw ribs in half across bones; cut into 2 rib portions.
- Mix next seven ingredients; pour over ribs in shallow baking dish.
- Cover' refridgerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
- Preheat both sides of gasgrill on HIGH for 10 minutes.
- Turn both sides to LOW.
- Place ribs, bone side down, on grids.
- Close hood; cook 25 minutes.
- Turn; grill 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir honey into marinade; baste ribs last 5 minutes.
- Makes 26.
