How to make it

  • Mix the flour, zest, milk sugar and eggs with your hands. Make sure it doesn’t stick on your hands. If it needs a little milk or a little flour you can add some. The dough cannot be completely sticky but it cant be dry. Just wet e enough to mold it.
  • Make a ball and flatten dough about ½ an inch. Male rectangles the of about 8 inches, make a cut in the middle. Grab an end and pass it completely through the hole. Fry until golden brown… Top with confection sugar
