Chilean Beignets

Very easy Chilean version of beignets. So easy to make, so easy to eat....
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- ¼ cup of milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sugar shopping list
- Confection sugar shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
- ½ teaspoon of lemon zest shopping list
- Extremely easy, extremely tasty shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the flour, zest, milk sugar and eggs with your hands. Make sure it doesn’t stick on your hands. If it needs a little milk or a little flour you can add some. The dough cannot be completely sticky but it cant be dry. Just wet e enough to mold it.
- Make a ball and flatten dough about ½ an inch. Male rectangles the of about 8 inches, make a cut in the middle. Grab an end and pass it completely through the hole. Fry until golden brown… Top with confection sugar
