- flour - 500gm shopping list
- potatoes - 2 nos shopping list
- Minced meat - 200gm shopping list
- onion-1 no shopping list
- ginger garlic (finely chopped)-1tb spn shopping list
- Green chilly - 2 nos shopping list
- cumin powder- 1 t spn shopping list
- Chillie powder- 1 t spn shopping list
- salt-to taste shopping list
- Fresh coriander leaves- few sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- For dough
- Sieve the flour in a bowl
- Add salt and little butter
- Add enough water and make soft elastic dough
- If u want u can add yeast its optional
- Stuffing
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Heat little oil saute onion until brown.
- Add Ginger garlic minced meat and saute for few mins with out adding water.
- Add salt ,mashed potatoes,chilli powder ,green chillie coriander leaves and cumin powder.
- The mixture should not be loose and make sure the meat has only half done.
- Baking
- Pre heat the oven for 150 deg
- grease the tray with little fat.Make a little big ball of the dough.Flatten the ball slightly and make the stuffing also like a small ball.Place the stuffing inside the dough and close it tightly.Then flatten it with a roller slowly but evenly along the sides and keep it on the greased tray,Bake it for 5 - 10 mins and before serving rub the top with butter and cut in to pieces.Serve hot
