How to make it

  • For dough
  • Sieve the flour in a bowl
  • Add salt and little butter
  • Add enough water and make soft elastic dough
  • If u want u can add yeast its optional
  • Stuffing
  • Boil and mash potatoes.
  • Heat little oil saute onion until brown.
  • Add Ginger garlic minced meat and saute for few mins with out adding water.
  • Add salt ,mashed potatoes,chilli powder ,green chillie coriander leaves and cumin powder.
  • The mixture should not be loose and make sure the meat has only half done.
  • Baking
  • Pre heat the oven for 150 deg
  • grease the tray with little fat.Make a little big ball of the dough.Flatten the ball slightly and make the stuffing also like a small ball.Place the stuffing inside the dough and close it tightly.Then flatten it with a roller slowly but evenly along the sides and keep it on the greased tray,Bake it for 5 - 10 mins and before serving rub the top with butter and cut in to pieces.Serve hot
