  • Shape into 8 sausages
  • refridgerate for 4 hrs
  • lightly brush sausages with oil
  • fry turning over at intervals to cook through

    I really liked them boyfriend thought i added too many fennel seeds. So if your cooking for fussy people reduce the fennel seeds

    Interesting; the fennel and orange combination has me intrigued enough that I might have to make some the next time I break out the sausage maker. How fatty should the pork be?
