How to make it

  • Butter and flour a 13 x9 pan and preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • microwave chocolate and butter together for 30 sec intervals until melted, stiring in beween.
  • when melted stir in sugar then vanilla
  • crack 3 large eggs adding one at a time
  • stir in salt and flour and pour into buttered pan
  • bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 12 min being careful not to over bake
  • let cool completly then frost and enjoy!
  • butter frosting:
  • melt butter and chocolate as before
  • let cool for 10 min
  • beat on medium and add in powder sugar and vanilla
  • and add a splash of cream or milk for smoothness and spread on brownies
