Kale Tacos

These tacos i made with what i had on hand that night and they were a smash hit. you will love the taste and the health benifits
Ingredients
- 8 average size corn tortillas shopping list
- veggie or olive oil for frying tortillas shopping list
- monterey jack or chedder cheese shopping list
- 1 bnch italian kale or rainbow kale shopping list
- 2 chicken breast shopping list
- pico de gallo or your fav salsa shopping list
- cultered sour cream shopping list
- 1 or 2 avacados shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the tortillas in oil and lay on paper towels to soak up the grease
- you can skip the frying if you choose but i find it heavenly ;]
- shred cheese
- cut stem from the kale it is fiberous and inedible
- roll leaves up and coarsly chop or chifinaud
- saute chicken breast til done or use leftover chicken
- slice avacado
- layer tortilla, sour cream, cheese, chicken, salsa, kale and avacado
- this is a real crowed pleaser, people love to find out they like kale!
