How to make it

  • Fry the tortillas in oil and lay on paper towels to soak up the grease
  • you can skip the frying if you choose but i find it heavenly ;]
  • shred cheese
  • cut stem from the kale it is fiberous and inedible
  • roll leaves up and coarsly chop or chifinaud
  • saute chicken breast til done or use leftover chicken
  • slice avacado
  • layer tortilla, sour cream, cheese, chicken, salsa, kale and avacado
  • this is a real crowed pleaser, people love to find out they like kale!
