Ingredients

How to make it

  • Crumble prepared cake to a potting soil consistency.
  • Stir in frosting and mix until well combined.
  • Roll mixture into golf ball size balls and spread on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Freeze balls at least 2 hours then melt bark and lemon extract in double boiler.
  • Dip cake balls in melted chocolate then place on wax paper to harden.
  • Garnish with grated lemon zest if desired.

    I can't wait to make these, I love lemon cake and this sounds like it is going to be so good.
    Where does the Vegetable oil come into play ? I don't want to mess them up..
    Can't wait to make them for my grandson to he will love them...
