Lemon Cake Balls

- 1 box lemon cake prepared shopping list
- 1 can lemon frosting shopping list
- 1 package white chocolate almond bark shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble prepared cake to a potting soil consistency.
- Stir in frosting and mix until well combined.
- Roll mixture into golf ball size balls and spread on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Freeze balls at least 2 hours then melt bark and lemon extract in double boiler.
- Dip cake balls in melted chocolate then place on wax paper to harden.
- Garnish with grated lemon zest if desired.
