Apple Cream Pie

I used to buy apple cream pie at Whole Foods and this is pretty close.Delicious.The recipe is from Nancy's Kitchen

Mix together sugar and flour,then add heavy cream. Mix together till smooth.
Put apples in 9 or 10" pie shell. Cover bottom of shell with apples and pour the cream mixture over the top,sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350-375 degrees for about 45 mins.

This sounds great, and so simple that any fool could manage it (fool Proof) ....possibly even this one....ok I might need some coaching from Lura...A delightful recipe, thank you for posting it.
