Ingredients
- 2 (9 inch) round layer cakes, cooled shopping list
- 5 1/3 cups fluffy white frosting shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups angel flake coconut shopping list
- red food coloring shopping list
- pastel gumdrops shopping list
- black shoestring licorice shopping list
How to make it
- Cut one layer as illustrated. Leave the 2nd layer round.
- Tint 1/4 cup coconut pink using the food coloring and tossing together.
- Arrange cake using frosting to hold pieces together.
- Frost entire cake. Sprinkle with coconut and decorate with candies.
