Crispy Crusted Savoury Pancake

- Mix first 4 ingredients together shopping list
- 1 cup SR gluten Free flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric shopping list
- 1 dessertspoon shredded coconut shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon iodised salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon margarine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- Mix these 4 ingredients together shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut cream shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon honey or sugar shopping list
How to make it
- 'Being One With the Pancake'
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and mix in the wet ingredients.
- Melt butter and oil in frying pan. When the pan is hot pour in half of the mix onto the tilted pan, so that the mix covers the whole pan evenly. Turn down the heat to med-low 3 to cook on the bottom. Put the lid on to cook the top then have a peek at 2-3 mins.
- When bubbles appear on the top and looks like a jelly, carefully turn the pancake over. Turn the heat up to med hot for 2 min then lower heat to 3 for another 2 mins.
