Ingredients

How to make it

  • Drain olives and remove pimentos with a sharp knife.
  • Mix together cream cheese, pepperjack and tabasco sauce.
  • Transfer mixture to a ziploc bag or piping bag and fill all olives.
  • Freeze olives for 30 minutes.
  • Mix together egg and water. Set aside.
  • Mix together 1 cup of bread crumbs, flour and black pepper.
  • Dip each olive in egg then bread crumb mixture.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat dipping process (may need to use additional bread crumbs).
  • Store in the freezer.
  • Fry in oil of your choice until browned.
  • Drain and cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
