As we all hard working women, know all we want to do when we get home is to relax. So I found this recipe, can't remember where, but I switch around alittle bit.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 3 c. bite-sized pasta, uncooked
  • 1 c. sliced mushroom
  • 1 c. shredded Pizza cheese

Directions
  1. Brown meat and onion in deep non-stick skillet.
  2. Add 3 1/2 cups water, spaghetti sauce and pasta; cover.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
