Creamy Taters

- 1kg baby potatoes shopping list
- 1 punnet mushrooms shopping list
- 500ml fresh cream shopping list
- 15g freshly chopped rosemary shopping list
- 5mg garlic shopping list
- 200g salted butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- boil potatoes in salted water
- in a saucepan melt the butter and add the garlic
- cook over low heat until fragrant (do not burn)
- turn up the heat and add the mushrooms, taking care not to
- brown the butter and garlic
- once mushrooms are cooked add the potatoes and half the cream
- allow to simmer over low heat for 20 minutes taking care not to burn
- add the rest of the cream and rosemary and cook a further 15 minutes until sauce thickens
- season
- serve with any main meat of your choice
