Grans Meatloaf

"Old fashioned meatloaf passed down 4 generations. Very flavourful, and great the next day for sandwiches. You will never want to try another meatloaf again"
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 Lb pork sausage shopping list
- 1 slice bread, broken up shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped 1 rib celery, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- pinch salt pinch shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- pinch sage shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine first ten ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pack firmly into large loaf pan.
- Mix ketchup and barbeque sauce together.
- Pour on top of meatloaf.
- Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hour
