Ingredients

How to make it

  • Your going to need to get out two bowls, one of them for your crushed pork rinds and the other for the egg mixture.
  • Rinse the chicken off anf pat it dry.
  • Take chicken and coat both sides of it in the seasoning and egg mixture
  • Then evenly coat both sides with the pork rinds.
  • Preheat your over to 350 F
  • Place the chicken in a geased or non-stick pan and bake for 30-45 minutes
  • Make sure to turn the chicken so that both sides are cooked and crispy.

    I've been low carbing for a while now and I already know this dish will taste great! Can't believe I didn't think of it myself! And for those asking about the carbs, add 1 carb for the egg and 1 for the garlic. So you're looking at about 2 net carbs.

    hmmm...I wonder if Funyuns would be a good alternative? I'm not crazy about pork rinds but the airy-ness of the funyuns might be a good substitute.

    I have made this before and loved it! My kids loved it too. The best thing is that you can alter the spicyness by the type of pork rinds you use!
