How to make it

  • Mix the top ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In a separate mixing bowl combine dressing ingredients.
  • Toss with the coleslaw.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.

    This is delicious! Makes a good size salad, so I'll sometimes divide and add the almonds and sunflower seeds just before serving so they don't get soggy.

    I could eat this everyday and never get tired of it. I like it when the noodles still have a bit of crunch to them still.
