How to make it

  • Place tomatoes,red onion,cilantro, jalapeno peppers,salt,black pepper,garlic,and lime juice into large mixing bowl. Pour in the vinegar and vegetable oil and gently mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

    Hmm, interesting... I make pico de gallo all the time, but have never heard of adding oil or vinegar. But everything else is identical to mine (except the black pepper) Love pico de gallo! ;')
