Chef Scotts Pico de Gallo

- 7 tomatoes,cut in 1/4" dice shopping list
- 1 large red onion,cut in 1/4" dice shopping list
- 2 c fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 jalapeno peppers,seeded and minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs salt shopping list
- 1 Tbs gr. black pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 2 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 c distilled white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 c vegetable oil (I halve this) shopping list
How to make it
- Place tomatoes,red onion,cilantro, jalapeno peppers,salt,black pepper,garlic,and lime juice into large mixing bowl. Pour in the vinegar and vegetable oil and gently mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
