Quick Preserved Limes Or Lemons

- 2 c water shopping list
- 1/4 c kosher salt shopping list
- 4 limes,quartered shopping list
- 10 black peppercorns, shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan;bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Cool to room temperature;cover and refrigerate.Discard peppercorns,cinnamon and bayleaf before using
