From dwahlers 14 years agoIngredients
- 100gr of grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 tea cups of tapioca flour (aka tapioca starch) shopping list
- 1 tea cups of corn oil (you can use any other oil but corn will taste better) shopping list
- 200ml of milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 tea spoon of salt shopping list
- Mini muffin pan shopping list
- butter to grease the pan shopping list
How to make it
- In the blender mix the egs, milk, oil, parmesan and salt
- With the blender still on add slowly the tapioca flour
- Stop the blender, add the baking powder and mix it shortly on the slowest speed
- Grease the muffin pan and pour the mix
- Pre heat the oven on maximal temperature for 15 mins. put the pan in and switch temperature for about 180C (medium temperature). Let it bake in this temperature until the breads are slightly golden
- Drop the temperature to low (around 100C) and leave them a while longer taking a peek every now and then to be sure they are not burning
- It's difficult to tell exactly the time it needs too cook since every oven is different, it should be light golden brown outside and cooked inside, the best wayy to find out is taking one and cutting in the middle. If it is cooked outside and raw inside leave a little longer on low temperature or switch the oven off let them rest in there while the oven is still hot with the door shut.
