Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place radishes in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  • Boil radishes until tender.
  • Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, milk and salt/pepper.
  • Drain radishes and pour sauce over the radishes.
  • Serve immediately.
  • According the cookbook it is best served with steak or chops.
