Creamed Radishes

- 1 1/2 cups large radishes sliced or small whole radishes will work too shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp fat (i used butter) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place radishes in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Boil radishes until tender.
- Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, milk and salt/pepper.
- Drain radishes and pour sauce over the radishes.
- Serve immediately.
- According the cookbook it is best served with steak or chops.
