No-Fuss Potato Soup

                    - 6 cups cubed peeled potatoes shopping list
- 5 cups water shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 2 tsp.salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 3 TBSP.chopped parsley shopping list
- Snipped chives, optional shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In a large slow cooker, combine the 1st nine ingredients
- Cover & cook on high for 7-8 hrs. or until the vegetables are tender
- Add milk & parsley mix well
- cover & cook 30-60 mins. longer or until heated through.
- Garnish with chives (if desired
- Yield: 8-10 servings (about 3 qts.
