Pot Hole Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Brown sausage in a saucepan then add pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Drain well on paper towels.
  • Grease muffin tins and place mashed potatoes in muffin tins.
  • Scoop out center of each and fill with sausage mixture.
  • Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
