Brine for Pork

- 8 c water shopping list
- 1/4 c salt shopping list
- 3 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 3 bayleaves shopping list
- 2 cloves shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
- 2 tsp peppercorns shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,smashed shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in a bowl,add pork,place in refrigerator and brine for 8-12 hours or overnight. Remove pork,rinse,pat dry and cook per recipe you are using.
