Brine for Pork Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl,add pork,place in refrigerator and brine for 8-12 hours or overnight. Remove pork,rinse,pat dry and cook per recipe you are using.

    i always brine pork roasts when i make pulled pork sandwiches, gonna try this one though as theres more to it than the one i normally use :) should turn out great!

    Had the roast tonight after it brined for a little over 24 hrs. Made Pat's Potato Crusted pork chops with it. Very moist - will definitely be doing again.
