Ingredients

How to make it

  • Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan with margarine.
  • In a large bowl, measure puffed wheat cereal.
  • Combine margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and cocoa, and bring to a boil, stiring constantly.
  • Pour mixture over cereal, mix well to coat.
  • Lightly pat into greased pan.
  • * Note - do not refridgerate as the square will go rock hard.

    I have loved these since I was a child and enjoy them today with my granbabies.
    Instead of using corn syrup, I use honey (any kind)!!!
    Mmmmm they are so much more yummier!
    Try it and you will not be disappointed!!!!
