How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt.
  • Add butter, sugars and vanilla.
  • Mix until creamy.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread onto greased pizza pan.
  • Cook 18-20 min at 375.
  • Allow to cool and slice like a pizza.

    Thanks for posting this. I make big cookies but I dont't have a recipe for the normal amount that I would need for a pizza pan. I usually have more dough left over etc.. Thanks for posting this. Teri

    This pan cookie makes the best B. Day treat to take to school or work to celebrate a co-workers B.day, too. Dahlka, I am proud to say has made it for me--bdahl,her mom , since she was in 8th grade. You go girl!!!!
