Maine Atlantic Top Stuffed Haddock

- 4 (6-8 oz) haddock or other white fish (firm) shopping list
- 4 oz canned crabmeat shopping list
- 4 oz can tiny shrimp shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbsp thyme shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter melted** shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil** shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine** shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl:
- toss bread crumbs, thyme, crabmeat, shrimp, oil (1/3 cup), zest, salt & pepper
- Divide bread crumb mixture into 4 portions
- Pat one portion on a piece of fish and continue with other 3 pieces of fish
- Put in 9 x 13 pan Bake at 350 degree oven
- Mix together:**
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Pour over fish before baking
- Bake 10-15 minutes or till fish flakes
