This is a great soup!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. of uncooked wild rice
  • 1 c. of chopped celery
  • 2 c. of diced chicken
  • 3 tbsp. of butter
  • 3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can ofchicken broth
  • 2 c. of milk

Directions
  1. First cook rice according to directions.
  2. Now add butter to a big pot over medium flame.
  3. Saute the onion and the celery about 5-10 min.
  4. Now add int he flour and salt and pepper.
  5. Next you can add in the broth and milk and stir soup.
  6. Let this thicken.
  7. Finally, add the cooked rice and chicken.
  8. You are going to want to let this heat approx. 10 min.
  9. Ladle and serve!
