Cheesy Spinach Manicotti

A cheese lovers dream! Goes perfectly with your favorite salad and fresh garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 1 box of manicotti shopping list
- 3 cups mozzarella shopping list
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 cups spinach shopping list
- 1/2 onion chopped finely shopping list
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Boil manicotti noddles until El Dante
- Meanwhile combine cheeses, seasonings, and egg reserving 1 cup of mozzarella for the top.
- Saute onions and spinach
- Add to cheese mixture
- Stuff manicotti noodles
- Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce into a 9x13 dish
- Place manicotti in dish
- Top with remaining sauce
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350F
- Uncover top with remaining mozzarella
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
