How to make it

  • Combine flour, butter, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 pkg vanilla sugar and baking powder to produce a dough
  • Line a greased springform pan with the pastry dough
  • Drain peaches and arrange on the pastry.
  • . Beat 3 eggs with 180g sugar until fluffy
  • Add another pkg of vanilla sugar, yogurt and pudding powder and mix well
  • Pour mixture over the peaches.
  • Bake at 180 C degrees 40-50 minutes. or done
