Chocolate Butter Cream

- 2 cups confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup margarine or butter, softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 squares (4 ounces) semisweet chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat confectioners' sugar, margarine (or butter), & vanilla extract until almost combined.
- Add semisweet chocolate & unsweetened chocolate.
- Increase speed to high; beat about 1 minute, or until light and fluffy.
- Makes 2 1/2 cups.
