How to make it

  • In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat confectioners' sugar, margarine (or butter), & vanilla extract until almost combined.
  • Add semisweet chocolate & unsweetened chocolate.
  • Increase speed to high; beat about 1 minute, or until light and fluffy.
  • Makes 2 1/2 cups.
