Caramel Rice Krispie Treats

This is a great rice krispie squares treat. It is off a Rice Bubbles box here in Australia.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c margarine shopping list
- 125g caramels ( I think they are Jersey caramels here ) shopping list
- 300g white marshmallows ( I used mixed white & pink ) shopping list
- 6 c Kellogg's rice Bubbles ( same as rice Krispies ) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the margarine in a large saucepan on the stove over low heat.
- Add the caramels and marshmallows. Stir until completely melted and remove from heat. Add Kellogg's Rice Bubbles cereal and combine until rice bubbles are well coated.
- Using a buttered spatula ( I spray baking spray on a spatula ) press the mixture into a pan coated with cooking spray ( I press the mix into a pan layered with baking paper ). Cool and cut into squares.
