Chicken Fiesta Dip

- 1 ½ Cups chopped cooked chicken. shopping list
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce. shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened. shopping list
- ½ cup sour cream. shopping list
- 1 Cup shredded Cheddar and monterey jack cheese, divided. shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced. shopping list
- 1 small tomato, chopped. shopping list
- ½ Cup sliced pitted black olives. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup of the shredded cheese, and the onions in a medium size bowl.
- Stir in the chicken.
- Spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
- Top with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese, the tomatoes, and olives.
- Serve with whatever crackers or chips that you like.
