My Favorite Fudge

- 2 Cups Granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of Hershey's Coca shopping list
- Small Pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 Cup of Half and Half shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 Tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Red candied cherries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine All Ingredients In A 2 Qt. Heavy Metal Saucepan. Stir Until All Lumps Are Dissolved. Cook and Stir On Med. High Until All Sugar is Dissolved and Mixture Feels Smooth.
- When Candy Begins to Boil, Reduce Heat to Low and Stop Stirring.
- Continue Cooking to the Soft Ball Stage, Remove from heat and add Butter. When Fudge Is Cool to the Touch, Add Vanilla and Beat Until It Begins to Solidify.
- Quickly Add Chopped Pecans and Cherries and Transfer to An 8 x 8 Buttered Dish.
- Let Set for 25 Minutes and Then Cut Into Squares, Cover and Store in a Cool Place.
