How to make it

  • 1. Carefully layer each liqueur in a large shot glass, to make three distinctive layers. This does take practice and is best done by letting each liquor flow slowly down the side of the glass. Kahlua on the bottom, then Bailey’s then Grand Marnier.
  • 2. For added effect, turn out the lights and ignite the Grand Marnier. (Be very careful: extinguish before you drink it!)
