HERBED POTATOES N PEPPERS

this is a last minute microwave dish. But it doesn't taste like you were in a hurry
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soft margarine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme -- leaves shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 8 large potato -- washed and quartered shopping list
- 1 red pepper -- seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 green pepper -- seeded and diced shopping list
How to make it
- Place the margarine in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish.
- Microwave on high power for 30 seconds.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, and toss to mix.
- Cover the dish and microwave on high-power for 8 minutes.
- Stop cooking twice to stir the mixture.
