- • ¾ lb (340g) mozzarella cheese
- • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- • 2 Tbs melted butter
- • 2 or 3 ripe Italian olives, chopped fine. Optional
- • 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- • ½ tsp salt
- • Pinch of fresh ground pepper

Ingredients

How to make it

1. Combine all ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Use as needed for stuffing

The italian olives sound nice. I usually put spinach in mine, so this will be a nice variation !
