Peanut Butter Bars with chips

- 1 pkg (19.5) package of a good brownie mix (plain not with nuts) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped peanuts shopping list
- 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth) shopping list
- 1/2 (12 oz) pkg of peanut butter/chocolate swirl chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish, set aside
- In large bowl combine brownie mix, eggs and oil.
- Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until combined
- Stir in peanuts
- Pour half the batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly
- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter and condensed milk
- Spread evenly of brownie mixture in pan
- Top with half of the chips
- Put the saved brownie mixture in clumps over chips and with fingers
- spread out in pan
- Top with remaining chips
- Bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until top is set and edges lightly browned
- Remove, cool in pan on wire rack.
- When completely cool, but into bars
- Storing: layer bars between wax paper in airtight container
