Runza Casserole

- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 2 onions, chopped shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
- Brown ground beef and onions for a few minutes and then add cabbage and cook until ground beef is no longer pink
- salt and pepper to taste
- Spread one tube of rolls over bottom of dish
- Spread meat mixture on top and add cheese
- Place second tube of rolls on top and pinch together
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
- You could also add any seasonings or spices you think would add some zip to this casserole
- Cover last 10 minutes
