Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Brown ground beef and onions for a few minutes and then add cabbage and cook until ground beef is no longer pink
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Spread one tube of rolls over bottom of dish
  • Spread meat mixture on top and add cheese
  • Place second tube of rolls on top and pinch together
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
  • You could also add any seasonings or spices you think would add some zip to this casserole
  • Cover last 10 minutes

    Sounds good. I wonder if this would also work with corn beef and sauerkraut to make a Reuben casserole?
