- 1 1/2 Cups Chorizo,diced shopping list
- 1 Cup peaches,diced...your going to want fresh shopping list
- 2 green onions,sliced...top included shopping list
- 1/2 to1 teaspoons Pimenton...depending on how smoky you like it shopping list
- 2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Several generous handshake splashes of tequila shopping list
- Several generous handshake dashes of peach bitters shopping list
- 1 package wonton wrappers shopping list
- Good oil shopping list
- Combine everything except the wrappers. shopping list
- Mix throughly. shopping list
- Begin, by wetting the perimeter of the wrapper with your finger dipped in tequila. shopping list
- Dollop about one tablespoon of the mixture onto the wrapper. shopping list
- Take one corner of the wrapper and fold triangularly to the opposite corner. shopping list
- Lift,with both hands,and crimp the edges with your fingers,making very sure mixture stays inside. shopping list
- Heat oil to 350 degrees,place wrappers in wire basket,lower into the hot oil. shopping list
- They will start cooking immediately. shopping list
- After a minute they should turn a dark golden brown. shopping list
- Remove from oil and place on paper towel lined platter shopping list
- Continue cooking,then allow to cool for 5 minutes. shopping list
- Placing them on a nice platter. shopping list
- ~Serve with Cool Dipping Sauce and Drink~ shopping list
How to make it
- ~The Cool Dipping Sauce~
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- Jucie of 1/2 Lime
- 1/2 Clove of Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Pimenton (smoked paprika)
- Mix very well.
- ~The Drink~
- 2 oz. Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
- 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- A few dashes of Orange Bitters
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon peel
- Shake for a few seconds in a ice filled shaker.
- Strain into chilled glasses,toss in the lemon peel.
- ~ IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO...and with these spicey little numbers this drink fits right into step..for me,the dipping sauce is a must~
