How to make it

  • ~The Cool Dipping Sauce~
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Jucie of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 Clove of Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pimenton (smoked paprika)
  • Mix very well.
  • ~The Drink~
  • 2 oz. Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
  • 1/2 oz. Benedictine
  • A few dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon peel
  • Shake for a few seconds in a ice filled shaker.
  • Strain into chilled glasses,toss in the lemon peel.
  • ~ IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO...and with these spicey little numbers this drink fits right into step..for me,the dipping sauce is a must~
